We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order before production or shipment if, for example:

• an item is unavailable;
• incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
• required personalization information was not provided;
• we are unable to complete the requested customization.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout when applicable.

Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins unless otherwise agreed.

If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you to confirm whether you would like to continue with the corrected price or cancel the order.

5. Processing and Production Time

Most personalized and handmade orders require up to 7 business days for production after payment and final design approval.

Production time does not include carrier transit time.

Orders may take longer if:

• required personalization information is missing;
• design revisions are requested;
• customer approval is delayed;
• the order is unusually large or complex.

Estimated processing times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Custom and Personalized Orders

Many products sold by Once Upon a Party Store are made to order and may be customized with names, ages, dates, colors, themes, photos, wording, or other requested details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization information and any design proof carefully.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Because our products are handmade or individually produced, slight variations in color, placement, finish, or appearance may occur.

Colors displayed on a screen may also differ slightly from printed or finished products.

7. Shipping

Shipping is available within the United States unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order and delivery method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time may include:

• production time; and
• carrier transit time.

Once an order has been handed to USPS or another shipping carrier, carrier delays are outside our direct control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

8. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected orders.

Pickup arrangements must be confirmed in advance.

For privacy and safety, pickup may take place at an agreed public location rather than a residential address.

Orders must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or made to order, cancellation may no longer be possible once design work, printing, cutting, assembly, or other production has started.

10. Returns and Refunds

Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refundunless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved design.

Non-personalized products may be eligible for return if they are unused and in their original condition.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• clear photos of the product;
• photos of the packaging if shipping damage occurred.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, correction, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

12. Design Approval

When a digital proof is provided, production begins after the customer approves the design.

Customers are responsible for checking:

• spelling;
• names;
• dates;
• ages;
• colors;
• wording;
• photos;
• other personalization details.

Once a proof has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds may no longer be available.

13. Product Use and Safety

Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for unsupervised use by young children.

Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

Food, candy, crayons, paint, or other contents are included only when specifically stated in the individual product listing.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended recipient and use.

14. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original text, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, and original designs created by Once Upon a Party Store, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, copyrighted characters, logos, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights to the customer.

15. Product Availability

Products may be changed, discontinued, or removed from the website at any time.

We do not guarantee that every product will remain available.

Because many products are handmade or depend on specific supplies, materials, colors, or components may occasionally need to be substituted with comparable alternatives.
