Processing Time

Most personalized and handmade orders require up to 7 business days for production after payment and final design approval.

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders requiring design changes, missing personalization details, or customer approval may take longer.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products are made to order and may be customized with names, ages, colors, themes, photos, or other requested details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before approval.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

Slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur because items are handmade and screen colors may differ from printed colors.
